Every other basket on this list is decoration. These are pockets. Hung by a back door they take post, seed packets and secateurs, and because the weave is the same natural rush as the flat baskets, the wall still reads as decor rather than as storage.

Good to know: The weave is open enough that anything smaller than a pencil works its way through. A scrap of linen cut to the base solves it for a couple of pounds.
