Le Parfait Familia Wiss 24 oz Wide-Mouth Canning Jars, 4-Pack

The Familia Wiss is the jar French home cooks actually use. The mouth is 110 mm wide, so whole apricot halves go in without bruising, the lid is a two-piece plate and rubber seal rather than a hinged bail, and the straight shoulder makes filling and emptying much easier than a tapered jar.

Good to know: The rubber seals and lid plates are Le Parfait sizes only, so Ball and Weck parts will not fit. Buy a set of spare rubbers with your first order.
